Beside a numbered semicircular fan the leaf sets out an inverse scale between impetus and percussion: one degree of impetus yields seven of percussion, two yields six, and so on down to eight yielding none. Below, a memorandum defines land measures, giving the staioro by cord as 1728 square braccia by the measure of the tower and noting that the staioro by seed is made of three staiora by cord. Only faint further jottings lie outside the supplied transcription.

Inverse scale of impetus and percussion
No degree of impetus gives eight of percussion. One degree of the power of impetus gives seven of percussion, two give six, three give five, four give four, five give three, six give two, seven give one, and eight give none. The numbered fan illustrates the falling scale.
Land measures: the staioro by cord and by seed
The staioro by cord is 1728 square braccia by the measure of the tower, braccia smaller than the cloth-braccia between the 16th and 17th. The staioro by seed is composed of three staiora by cord.
