Geometric construction on a perpendicular through n m r q
A point d set on the perpendicular o b p, with a row of small arcs along a curved base
The note on folio 109v begins a geometric construction: a point d is placed freely on the perpendicular o b p, and that perpendicular is set in the middle of the space n m r q (the sentence breaks off). The drawing shows vertical parallel lines and a fan of straight lines converging to a low point, with a row of small semicircular arcs strung along a curved base. The facing folio 110r repeats a similar figure, captioned only 'Figura' and left untranscribed.

Point d on the perpendicular o b p within the space n m r q
A point d is placed at will upon the perpendicular o b p, while the perpendicular line itself is set in the middle of the space n m r q; the text breaks off before completing the construction.
Row of small arcs strung along the curved base
Along the concave base of the figure a series of small semicircular arcs is strung between the feet of the converging lines, beneath the fan of rays that meet at the low point.
