Beams slung on cords over paired posts
About ten force studies of a beam carried on cords between two posts; weights 10 and 10 marked
Roughly ten small studies show a beam held on cords that run over pulleys atop two upright posts, the cords set at varying angles and heights, with a fuller version at lower left fanning several cords to one beam. The fourth figure of the left column is annotated with equal weights, 10 and 10. A fragmentary note in the lower margin breaks off, and further untranscribed writing is present at the top of the sheet.

Equal weights marked on a suspended beam
The fourth diagram in the left column is annotated with the figures 10 and 10, marking the equal loads hung from the cords that carry the beam between its two posts.
A beam on cords over paired posts
About ten small studies vary one arrangement: a beam slung on cords passing over pulleys at the head of two posts, the cords set at different angles and lengths. A larger study at lower left fans several cords down to a single beam.
