Faint pulley-and-shaft mechanism revealed by restoration
A horizontal shaft with paired wheels and a suspended pulley; further untranscribed script present
Although the catalogue note records this leaf as invisible and blank before restoration, faint drawings are now visible on it: a horizontal shaft or beam carrying two ring-like wheels or pulleys and ending at the left in a T-shaped upright, with a smaller pulley slung in a triangular cord-frame above. Short lines of faded script run near the top and across the lower third. This drawn mechanism and its untranscribed writing are present on the sheet but were not included in the transcription, which reproduces only the curatorial note.

Horizontal shaft with two pulley-wheels
A long horizontal member runs the width of the sheet, threaded through two circular ring- or wheel-elements and terminating at the left in a T-shaped standard or bracket. The arrangement reads as a rope-and-pulley or shaft mechanism.
Pulley suspended in a triangular cord-frame
Above and to the upper centre a smaller wheel or pulley hangs within a triangular framework of lines, as though slung from converging cords. Faint script accompanies it near the top edge.
