Several device studies; a caption notes parts 'to make the extremity'
The sheet gathers many mechanical studies in pen and ink. A large box-frame carries a mechanism suspended within it at the upper centre, with a related assembly of rails and levers drawn in perspective at the upper right, and several smaller machines with wheels, screws and disc-like tools clustered along the foot. The only transcribed note, by the lower-left figure, reads 'These to make the extremity.' Additional mirror-script writing appears beside the lower-left machine that is not included in the transcription.

Framed mechanism and perspective assembly
At the upper centre a large open box-frame houses a mechanism hung within it, drawn as if seen into from the front; a closely related assembly of rails and levers is set out in perspective at the upper right. Together they read as views of one geared apparatus.
Caption for the end-forming parts
By the lower-left machine a short note states that certain parts are 'to make the extremity' (la stremità), evidently identifying components meant to form the end of the mechanism. The figures beside it show wheel-driven machines with tool discs.
Cluster of small wheel-driven machines
Along the foot of the sheet are several smaller machine studies mounted on large wheels, with uprights, screws and dish- or disc-shaped tools. They appear to be variants of a single working device.
