Cogwheel, Roller in a Housing, and a Lever Device
Mechanical sketches recovered by restoration; the sheet bears no writing.
The transcription notes that this sheet was invisible before restoration and bears no text. In pen and ink it shows a large cogwheel enclosing an internal mechanism at the upper left, and to its right a cylindrical roller lying within an oval housing. A wheel or drum with radiating arms and curved fittings is drawn at the centre, and at the right a small platform carries a vertical rod ending in a hook or plumb. Faint marks at the lower right are show-through from the other side of the leaf.

Cogwheel with internal mechanism
At the upper left a large toothed cogwheel is drawn in pen and ink, its rim carrying many teeth. Within the wheel is an internal arrangement of bars and small parts. No caption explains its function.
Cylindrical roller in an oval housing
Beside the cogwheel a cylindrical roller lies within an oval frame or housing, seen in plan. Short marks around the frame suggest bearings or pegs. The drawing has no accompanying text.
Wheel with radiating arms and a plumb rod
At the centre a wheel or drum is drawn with radiating arms and curved fittings crossing its face. To the right a small platform supports a vertical rod that ends in a hook or plumb weight. Both are shown without annotation.
