Spoked wheel and framed mechanism (revealed by restoration)
A verso noted as blank before restoration; the sheet now shows a large spoked wheel and an upper framed device.
The e-Leo note records that this side was invisible before restoration and appeared devoid of writing or drawing. The restored sheet in fact reveals a large six-spoked wheel mounted on a vertical shaft in the lower half, and a stacked, framed mechanism with a curved element descending through it above. Faint traces of untranscribed writing are also visible at the top of the sheet and to the left of the wheel.

Large spoked wheel on a vertical shaft
The lower half of the sheet is dominated by a wheel with six radial spokes turning on a vertical shaft, drawn faintly in lead or metalpoint. Its construction suggests a driven wheel or component of a larger mechanism rather than a finished device.
Stacked framed mechanism above the wheel
Above the wheel a rectangular framework of stacked horizontal beams carries a curved element that hangs down through the frame. The assembly is only lightly sketched and is not identified in the transcription.
