The leaf carries faint red-chalk work: circular figures crossed by radiating lines at the upper left, a gridded square with a central figure at the right, and several star-burst constructions of intersecting straight lines below. The single transcribed block is a short column of figures. The Ambrosiana catalogue links the sheet to studies on squaring the circle, to a note that 'here arithmetic is of no use,' and to notes of expense, so the numeral column may belong to such an account.

Star-burst line constructions
Along the lower half several figures are built from many straight lines radiating and crossing to form pointed, star-like shapes, one of them touched with colour. They read as geometric constructions rather than drawn objects, consistent with the catalogue's association of the leaf with squaring the circle.
Column of figures
The one transcribed block is a short stack of numerals: 25 and 24 above, then 100, 50 and 600. No accompanying working is given in the transcription.
