Leaf recorded as blank before restoration
Only faint show-through from the machine-filled recto is now visible
The Ambrosiana record notes this side was invisible before restoration and was catalogued as bearing no writing or drawings. Only very faint marks are now discernible, largely the show-through of the machine studies on the recto, and any original content remains too indistinct to read. Scholarly tags associate the sheet with river fords and gravel shores and with timbers for foundations, but no such text or drawing can be recovered from the image.
