The Ambrosiana record notes this side carries no writing. Only faint drawings survive, and most of what is visible is the show-through of the geometry and machine studies on the recto seen in reverse. Discernible forms include a divided circle, a hatched wedge or sector, a small pyramid and clusters of gearing; scholarly tags associate the sheet with the doubling of the cube and a crane. Any original marks are too faint to read with confidence.

Faint circle, wedge and pyramid
Near the centre a circle crossed by two diameters, a hatched wedge-shaped sector, and a small triangular pyramid can just be made out. These forms largely mirror the geometry on the recto showing through the leaf. The lines are ghostly and only partly recoverable.
Faint gears and lifting gear
Toward the right edge, faint toothed discs and framed members appear, corresponding to the geared and hoisting machinery drawn on the recto. Scholarly tags link the sheet to a crane. No accompanying text is present.
