The leaf is crowded with pen studies, but the e-Leo transcription records no accompanying words, noting only that it is 'devoid of writings.' Compass-drawn circles and a triangle fill the upper left; tapering cylindrical bombard barrels and a coiled worm-screw run across the centre; and toothed gear trains with a large radially divided wheel occupy the right. The Ambrosiana catalogue tags the sheet with bombards, a millstone mechanism and architectural studies. A few faint annotations appear beside the gear trains at right, but no text was transcribed.
