Statics of Weights on Beams and Triangular Supports
Balance diagrams with hung weights, a slatted roofed structure, and mechanical sketches
The center of the sheet is given over to statics: horizontal beams resting on two posts, and triangular A-frames, each carrying a hung weight marked b, with the divisions of the span numbered to study how load is shared between the supports. At the top a slatted, sloping roofed structure is sketched in perspective, and along the bottom Leonardo draws hooked, anchor-like shafts fitted with rings and a cylindrical roller mechanism on legs. Extensive mirror-writing surrounds the diagrams; this text is not included in the bundle and is not transcribed here.

Two triangular A-frames each carry a weight labeled b hung from the apex, with the base divided and numbered (2 and 6, and 4 and 4). The pair examines how the suspended load resolves along the two inclined members.
Roller mechanism and hooked shafts
Along the foot of the page are hooked, double-pronged shafts fitted with rings at one end and a cylindrical roller or drum mechanism mounted on a low frame. The sketches read as devices for gripping, rolling or hauling.
