Verso with Old Inscriptions and Faint Chalk Marks
Largely blank back of the female-head sheet, bearing later annotations
The verso of the young-woman head study is largely blank and stained, bearing a line of old cursive writing along the top edge, a name written in red chalk near the center, faint red-chalk marks, and pencilled inventory notes at the lower left. This further writing is not transcribed in the bundle and is left undeciphered here. Brown stains and mounting traces cross the lower half of the sheet.
