Seen by transmitted light, the right leaf carries geometric ground plans - a rectangular hall subdivided by piers and an octagonal complex with attached circular structures - together with several rose-like circular plans that read as horizontal mill-wheels. The left leaf bears rows of numerals and a fraction in its lower corner. The critical edition records only writing and numbers on the sheet, which are not transcribed here; the drawings are described from the image alone.

Building floor plans
The right leaf shows geometric ground plans drawn in ink: a rectangular hall subdivided by rows of piers, and an octagonal complex with smaller circular structures attached at its angles. The plans are laid out with ruled walls and internal divisions.
Circular mill-wheel plans
Several rose-like circular plans with radiating cells sit among the architectural drawings and read as horizontal mill-wheels or rotor housings. They are paired with the octagonal complex as though set within it.
Column of figures and a fraction
The lower-left corner of the left leaf bears rows of numerals and a fraction, apparently calculations or accounts jotted below the text. They are set apart from the main body of writing.
