Ambrosiana records the leaf as devoid of writing; faint mechanical drawings remain
The Ambrosiana note records the sheet as devoid of writing, but the leaf is covered with faint sketches, mostly in lead point, of mechanical apparatus: paired framed wheels, screw or press elements, uprights and a crane-like arm. No text was transcribed, though faint numerals and marks appear among the drawings. The studies read as machine and lifting-gear designs.

Paired framed wheels and hoisting members
At the centre stand two square frames, each enclosing a wheel, flanking a tall vertical member with a pointed pendant below, apparently a pair of winches or hoisting gears. Screw or press elements and further uprights are sketched around them.
Lifting and mechanical framework
Faint lead-point lines throughout suggest levers, uprights and a crane-like arm at upper right, the mechanical framework worked out before inking. No accompanying text survives on this face, though faint marks appear among the lines.
